A few things you need to know about your insurance claim

What can I claim?–+

You can claim all your medical expenses including consultations, follow ups, prescriptions (which can be expensive in Cyprus) even your transportation costs from and to our Medical Centre.

How can I make a claim?–+

You must bring all the required documents to our Medical Centre. Or you can just email a copy of them to our email address. We will then do everything to make sure that you will be able to get a reimbursement as soon as you get home.

When do I have to do it?–+

ASAP. Most of the insurances ask the patient to call and open a case straight after the initial consultation. However, if you find it difficult or you just want to avoid the extra cost you can ask a member of our staff to help you, or you can use one of our phone lines. As soon as we open a case and we get a reference number we send the medical reports and… you are ready to claim once you get home.
